It was the first time visiting the service department and I am extremely pleased with the incredible service I received, from being able to fit me in within 24 hrs of my call to having my original sales person, George Chau, to my surprise, meet me at the service department (welcoming me and assuring me every concern I had would be taken care of) and introduce me to the service person, Jay, who would take care of my service needs that day. The attention to detail and overall customer service experience was exceptional!!! So much so, that you've won my business all over again, and I knew after that experience that my next car would HAVE to be a Toyota and looking forward to buying another car from my same sales person, George and having Jay, take care of it too.
