to determine whether your vehicle is affected by an open recall or campaign.
Safety Recalls & Service Campaigns
From time to time, Toyota may identify a vehicle component that requires
inspection, repair or replacement to help maintain the quality and safety
of your vehicle.
If your Toyota is affected by a safety recall or applicable service campaign,
the required inspection or repair may be completed at no charge, subject to
the terms and eligibility of the campaign.
What Is a Safety Recall?
A Safety Recall Campaign is issued when Toyota determines that a vehicle
has a safety-related defect or does not meet an applicable Canadian Motor
Vehicle Safety Standard. Recall-related inspections and repairs are
performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.

Safety Recall Campaign
Addresses a safety-related defect or non-compliance with a Canadian
Motor Vehicle Safety Standard. Eligible recall inspections and repairs
are performed at no charge.
Limited Service Campaign
Provides an inspection or repair for a non-safety-related product or
technical issue for a specified period of time. Toyota encourages
eligible customers to have these campaigns completed before they expire.
Warranty Enhancement Program
May provide extended warranty coverage for a specific vehicle component.
Eligibility can depend on the vehicle, mileage, time period and
applicable conditions.
Where Can I Find My VIN?
Your Vehicle Identification Number is a unique 17-digit number assigned
specifically to your vehicle. You can usually find your VIN in several places:
Dashboard
Look through the windshield on the driver's side where the dashboard meets the glass.
Driver's Door
Check the vehicle information label on the driver's door pillar.
Vehicle Registration
Your VIN can also be found on your provincial vehicle registration documents.
Insurance Documents
Your VIN may also be listed on your proof of insurance.
